Peter Werle has been working for the IFAA in martial art fitness for over 15 years. He has a wealth of experience in the areas of education and training. Peter is part of our Tôsô X team. His strengths lie in his authenticity and his great ability to pass on his knowledge. His enthusiasm on stage will also sweep you away.
Tôsô X is the new, highly effective group fitness workout with martial arts elements. It mixes kicks and punches with new combos and a variety of course formats. Tôsô X offers training in technique and challenging, highly intensive X Challenges, so the concept appeals equally to newcomers, course beginners and professionals.

DAYO
Petra Havelkova was named the best IFAA Master Instructor in 2001, and has worked for the IFAA as a speaker and trainer in the Body & Mind area for many years. Participants love her lessons thanks to their breeziness, creativity and authenticity. Her motto is: "Don't think about your feelings - just feel!"
Inspired by understanding the correct use of vital energy, DAYO combines elements from Eastern and Western training methodologies. Classic yoga elements merge with sequences of dance steps! The focus here is on full-body exercises and flowing movements which improve strength, posture, flexibility, balance and coordination. DAYO offers you the freedom to interpret your own movements without any pressure to perform.

Core 3D
Mathias Naujocks started his career as a dance teacher when he was 15. The IFAA Aerobics Master Instructor has been well known in the international fitness scene for many years, inspiring people with his passion for movement, dance and sport.
In the Core 3D concept, each of the exercises you learn addresses one of the directions in which the spine moves. You pass from one movement to the next in a fluid manner, building up a flow of exercises that participants will find inspiring. It couldn't be more effective or modern! The IFAA CORE 3D back concept offers pre-choreographed lesson plans, while still leaving trainers the freedom to work out their own lesson profiles.

Aerobic & Step
Marcel Kuhn, the finalist from the “WANTED 2013” newcomer event in Poland consistently fills his course participants with enthusiasm. In addition to his university degree in fitness economics, he has been leading group fitness classes and small group courses of all kinds for more than 10 years. In his courses all over Europe, he spurs participants on to ever higher levels of performance, inspiring them with his positive, charismatic manner.

Professional dancer Christian Polanc was inundated with requests from viewers who wanted to learn the dances, figures and movements from the show. He took his fans’ wishes to heart and developed his own concept: dancit®. Polanc takes the new attitude towards life that he gained through his motivation to dance and shares it with the masses. Thanks to dancit® by Christian Polanc, you too can achieve your individual fitness goals.
dancit® by Christian Polanc combines dance with basic elements from aerobics, interval training and strength training in order to achieve the best possible results in terms of endurance, body toning and coordination, as well as burning a lot of calories. The result is an optimal and varied training programme. The course will also give you a new sense of self-confidence and new sensory experiences. dancit® manages to “hide” the facts that you’re working out and taking part in an individual dance course! Even without a partner, the individual programme teaches you important elements from various couple’s dances (such as the cha-cha-cha, salsa, waltz, jive, samba and more) while you simultaneously fit in your daily workout. The special level system teaches participants to dance step-by-step without choreographies, so after a while even beginners are able to grasp free choreographies.
