Course outline

The Fitness Instructor A Licence is modular in design. After completing the Sports Rehabilitation Instructor, IFAA Body Coach (Natural Bodybuilding Instructor) and Functional Trainer Level 1 courses, you will receive your Fitness Instructor A Licence certificate. BODY COACH LEVEL 2 - HYPERTROPHY AND NUTRITION EXPERT

The IFAA Body Coach Level 2 covers all issues that are important to delivering top performance in fitness sports.
