Course outline

The Fitness Instructor A Licence is modular in design. After completing the Sports Rehabilitation Instructor, IFAA Body Coach (Natural Bodybuilding Instructor) and Functional Trainer Level 1 courses, you will receive your Fitness Instructor A Licence certificate. You will become an expert in health-oriented training. You will master functional and rehabilitation exercises and will be an all-around fitness instructor.

BODY COACH LEVEL 2 - HYPERTROPHY AND NUTRITION EXPERT

The IFAA Body Coach Level 2 covers all issues that are important to delivering top performance in fitness sports. You will dig deeper into the hypertrophic process, will learn about the role the most important hormones play in performance and nutrition, will critically asses various forms of nutrition, will look at the most important training techniques applied in practice, will advise competitive athletes (marathon, triathlon, bodybuilding) on nutrition, and will know how to distinguish between men and women when it comes to diets and the like.

SMALL GROUP TRAINER

Fitness facilities or personal trainers are increasingly focusing on guided group training, so-called small group training, which poses quite a challenge to “traditionally” trained fitness instructors and personal trainers. Do you want to lead small group courses proficiently? This should no longer be a problem once you have completed this course!  You will learn how to interact with your clients, how to organize a course and correct a group of people; we will also show you a number of exercises (with or without equipment) for a variety of training goals.

PERSONAL TRAINER BASIC LEVEL 1

In the first steps of the Personal Trainer education, you build the base for your future career as a Personal Trainer. You learn how to get potential clients and convince them with authentically empathy. Most important is a fundamental training know how and your personality. We show you how to develop social skills, using the right communication, and work with you on your strength and weaknesses.

You will also learn how to put together effective and specific training sessions and will learn the fundamental exercises and moves with different regressions and progressions.

It is about how you set yourself up from other Personal Trainers and to offer services that people are looking for to achieve their goals.

Use of the education
Already after three intense days of Personal Training basics, you can start to experience the work as a Personal Trainer. You have learned all basic knowledge of the daily PT business. Now its time to work with clients as well as practicing selling work on communication and training aspects. You can motivate people to go further and you help them achieving their goals.

We give you an overview of different training methods after you have found out with your client where he has to work on to perform better. This individual process is one of the most important keys to become a successful Personal Trainer that differentiate you from your colleagues.
